Buckstone p7a is learning about world war two.In these times many children who lived in the city were evacuated to the countryside so they could be protected from bombs.Mothers came alongside children under 5 years old so they were evacuated too.they all took gask masks and their name tags incase they got lost.Children who were younger had a mask with micky mouse ears on it to encourage them to wear it.there is great a great website where you can find out more called BBC Children Of World War 2.
